Reputed to have served as both brothel and speakeasy in past lives, we reimagined The Iron Door with warm amber lighting to illuminate its original stone walls, plush banquettes, and a beautiful custom bar, all set against original metal doors that once led to a series of underground tunnels. An Ellipsis Design and the Lightning Bar Collective’s talented carpenters brought warmth and depth to the room with a detailed oak ceiling and posts wrapped with bar-height cocktail tables as well as ample seating with candlelight. The warm, sensuous glow of the Iron Door is a hard one to escape.
