Currently in the permit process, this upcoming beach bar is conveniently situated just steps away from the beach, surrounded by the vibrant commerce and energy of the Funk Zone. The interior of the building retains its original rustic wood, creating a unique ambiance. It will be retro-fitted in a Southern Californian beach shack style, adding an elevated touch to the space. The forthcoming renovation promises to bring a blend of coastal charm and contemporary sophistication to this remarkable venue.
